Event Details
Class open to all levels of experience to learn and practice qigong, the traditional Chinese system of slow movement, calm breathing and meditation for health and peace of mind. Using both traditional forms and modern approaches of Lee Holden, Mimi Kuo-Deemer and others, we will practice short 20–30 minute gentle qigong routines. All experience levels are welcome. Movements can be adapted to seated practice as well. Qigong aims to increase mobility, balance, and overall health.
