Event Details
Make a piñata with Taylor, owner of the Portland-based business, the Venderia. Space is limited to 30 participants. Register before July 19 to receive a supply kit. Kits will be available for pickup at your library branch from Thursday, July 22-Monday, July 26. Make Anything is a relaxed and fun environment to try out new projects! No experience needed for this project. Make Anything projects are best suited for older teens and adults.
Included in the kit:
- cereal box cardboard
- crepe paper
- white glue
- cardboard tube
Supplies you'll need to gather:
- scissors
- roll of masking tape
- stapler
- colorful paper for details

Get creative and join others to learn how to make stuff! Our monthly project will feature a variety of projects and tools, including recycled crafts, sewing and basic mending, 3D design, fiber arts, paper-making, stamp-carving, watercolor, embroidery, cooking, baking, painting, and more!
Projects are suitable for older teens and adults. No experience is necessary. See the monthly program description to learn about that month's project and the tools you'll need to create along with us
To join this online program, you will need a computer, tablet or phone with a microphone. The link to join the event will be emailed to registrants. A phone number will be included to allow you to use a phone as speaker and microphone, if needed.
